Orthognathic surgery is a surgical treatment method to correct abnormalities in the jaw and facial bones. It can usually be applied for the following conditions: 

Jaw Anomalies: Developmental disorders or incompatibilities in the lower or upper jaw, conditions that do not respond to orthodontic treatment. 

Mouth Closing Problems: Mouth closure problems caused by incompatibility of the jaws, crowded teeth or tooth incompatibilities. 

Jaw Joint Problems: Jaw joint problems include jaw mobility, pain and jaw opening-closing problems. 

Facial Asymmetry: Symmetry disorders in the face, asymmetrical appearance caused by incompatibilities in facial bones.
