Jaw Surgery

In our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department, diagnosis and surgical treatment of all kinds of disorders and diseases of all soft tissues in the mouth (tongue, cheek, lips, salivary glands, etc.), teeth, jaws and jaw joint are performed. Surgical procedures planned to be performed depending on the type of procedure to be performed and the condition of the patient are performed under local anesthesia, conscious sedation or general anesthesia.

    • Extraction and maintenance of erupted or impacted teeth,
    • Dental implant applications and, when deemed necessary, sinus lifting (sinus elevation) and/or graft (bone        powder-autogenous block grafts) applications,
    • Surgical arrangement of soft and hard tissues in the mouth before prosthesis construction,
    • Treatment of cystic or tumoral formations that develop in both soft (cheek, palate, tongue, lips, muscles,             etc.) and hard tissues (teeth, bones) in the mouth,
    • Treatment of infections developing in the maxillofacial area,
    • Treatment of tooth and jaw fractures,
    • Surgical and non-surgical treatments of temporomandibular joint diseases,
    • Surgical treatment of temporomandibular joint and jaw bone fractures,
    • Reconstruction of jaw bones and surrounding soft tissue defects.
